Our Group is a privately owned organisation, with three companies dedicated to the manufacture of high quality metal components to suit the most demanding requirements of customers in every sector of industry.
P.I. CASTINGS Ltd have almost 60 years experience in producing high quality precision investment castings and provide a one-stop shop for aluminium or steel castings, rapid prototypes or fully machined parts. P.I. Castings Ltd supply to all types of industries, including general engineering, medical, electronics, aerospace and defence.
METAL INJECTION MOULDINGS Ltd use a process similar to plastic injection moulding, but with the ability to make in a range of carbon steels, stainless steel, nickel and cobalt alloys, tool steels and magnetic alloys. The MIM process complements investment castings by offering complex shapes with close tolerances, a smooth finish and finely reproduced detail, all combined with excellent mechanical properties.Go to Metal Injection Mouldings website
TURBOTECH PRECISION PRODUCTS LTD manufactures compressor wheels in aluminium alloys for automotive turbochargers. Turbotech operates a very specialised precision casting process and supplies high technology compressor wheels for the heavy vehicle turbocharger market in Europe, the Far East, USA and South America.
